RATES PER WEEK

2003 Rates

Cottages available May through October, Saturday to Saturday. Check out time - 8:30 AM, Check in -3:00 PM.

A deposit of 1/3 the total amount required to reserve. The rest is due upon arrival or when we come to collect the garbage early in the first week.

Deposit will be returned ONLY if your reserved time is re-rented.

An extra fee will be charged for pets and extra people in parties larger than accommodations call for. (Sawyer's Cove can accommodate 6)

All cottages are completely furnished with linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and lobster kettle.

We prefer two weeks rentals - or monthly rentals rather than one week. Call or email availability.
